I had been partially disabled for the past three years because of severe knee pain. I put off surgery because I dreaded the long painful recovery.
 
On July 6, 2009 you replaced my right knee using minimal invasive surgery.  I spent two nights in the hospital then went home and in a couple of days your physical therapist came to my home and started me on your prescribed exercise routine.  It was not difficult and I progressively grew stronger.  After 2-3- weeks with the therapist I was able to perform them on my own and was soon walking.  There was very little swelling.  Medications you prescribed kept the pain minimal.  I was able to resume my normal activities in less than two months.
 
I am 76 and with my new knee feel younger that I did at 65.  I truly wish I had not put the replacement off for so long.
